create an account or login if you have one already
click on your name (or "valued customer") in the upper right corner.
 then click on "my account" (on the pull down menu)
 and then click on "community rewards"(on the left side)
Enter YA069  (our organization identifier)   and   "search"
when "Western Colorado Christian Campus Ministry" comes up click "Enroll"

How this works:
City Market donates to all the organizations that have signed up with them.  Some organizations get more than others (between $25 and $125,000 a quarter).  The amount given is determined by the number of people that connect their cards to that organization.  The more people that enroll and shop at City Market, the more money we receive.  
There is NO COST for you.  Nothing is added to your expenses.
